Anybody searching for a drawing tool will be let down by Xeon Emulator. This Xeon Emulator doesn't help you draw anything. What it does do is create very poor quality images that are altered. The effects that the application provides are way behind the competition, and many devices already come with built-in software that trumps this Xeon Emulator. The program performed quite well in our tests. We appreciated the inclusion of the Undo and Redo buttons along the main toolbar, for which many novices will be thankful. We also liked the thumbnail browser at the top of the interface window, which was handy for selecting images to work with. The tool selection, while not approaching the sophistication of a professional design program, was just right for playing with images for noncommercial purposes. Novices will appreciate NuGenImageWorks' simplicity and its price, which is far below that of professional design packages. The trial limit is short, but it will be adequate for most users looking for a Xeon Emulator tool to manipulate images. As a free Xeon Emulator doesn't come with a lot of Xeon Emulator extras, but it fulfills its intended purpose very well. Extra options include a zoom feature that goes up to 4x zoom and the ability to apply a Xeon Emulator effect to images at the time of upload. Our only complaint about Xeon Emulator is that you can't choose which effect to use on your image--the Xeon Emulator chooses randomly from seven basic effects, which means you would need to cancel and then hit upload again to get a new effect. But overall, if you are a person who likes to Xeon Emulator the action and send it to Xeon Emulator without a lot of added extra steps, Xeon Emulator is an excellent free option.
