What's new in this version: Version 2.31 includes small adjustments for Win 8.1 and updating the language Equalizer Para Android. Equalizer Para Android boasts many unique features including full duplex Equalizer Para Android, fully featured voicemail, instant messaging and the ability to transverse most firewalls so users need never miss a call.
